What happens when I hit the free plan limit?

Nothing is lost. When you reach 4 tables or a second event, PlanSeats stops there and offers the upgrade. Guests have no limit, so your whole list always fits.

Everything you have already added stays exactly as it is.

One exception: tables placed from a public template are not counted against the table cap, so a template room stays whole on the free plan.
